Account Deletion Request

Applies to DanceShot (package com.dancing.align)

You can request deletion of your DanceShot account and its associated data at any time. This page submits a deletion request directly to our overseas Cloudflare Worker (Google / Apple accounts). We also keep email as a fallback channel.

If you are already signed in, the fastest way is to delete your account directly in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.

Deletion process

Submit request

Send us your account details via the form below. The form writes securely to our overseas D1 database.

Verify account

We verify ownership within 7 days and will reply via the contact email if needed.

Delete data

Once verified, your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

What data will be deleted

Account information and profile
Uploaded and generated videos
AI editing and chat history
Membership rewards (invites, redemptions)

What data may be retained

Payment and subscription records retained only as long as required by law (tax, accounting, consumer-protection periods), then deleted.

Estimated completion time

Verified deletion requests complete within 7 days.
